This is the fat old man workout website. The plan is to get a fat old guy to lose 30-40lbs of fat in 120 days, while gaining muscle. Intro:
I'm the fat old guy. I've had a desk job for as long as I can remember. I used to keep myself in pretty decent shape. As of late I've been eating all the wrong things, drinking at least one Venti Mocha (with whip) from Stabucks every day, drinking one Rock-Star Energy drink every afternoon, and eating no vegetables at all. I occasionally enjoy a couple of double cheeseburgers or 4 chili-cheese dogs for lunch. As a result, I've become fat! No big surprise there. I don't like the way that I look or the way that I feel any more. I can't think of a better way to get support for my experiment than to make my weight loss journey public, for all to see. Stats:

The Plan:
Consult the experts to create a weight loss and fitness plan that I can fit around my work schedule. I will visit a doctor on January 1st 2009 to get a check up and get cleared to start a rigourous fitness plan. I'm going to consult with fitness instructors, personal trainers and everyone that I can think of to create a plan that works for me. This is an experiment, so I'll embrace what works and jettison what doesn't work. Stage I: Let the Eating Begin
There will be no weight loss in 2008. I'm going to eat whatever I want. January 2009 will mark the start of my transformation into a smaller, more fit and healthier human being.
