Binge Eating - FAIL!

I didn’t have time for a workout last night. Taking care of a 2 year old after a long day at work is no easy task. I wasn’t even able to make any dinner for a while. Unfortunately, I kept getting hungrier and hungrier. I started to snack. First it was string cheese. Then, as I made chicken nuggets for my son, I started eating those too! Then, I threw all caution to the wind, grabbed a box of Crunchberries, and went at it, and went at it, and went at it.

SIX BOWLS LATER, I stopped myself. Then the guilt set in. But, I figured that I had been so good with my cardio lately, that the cereal wouldn’t make a difference. WRONG! I hopped on the scale that night only to see that my progress had been compromised. But, it sure did taste yummy at the time! Oh how good instant gratification feels, if only for a minute or two.

The good news is that I was able to get my video from my mini-dv camcorder to my laptop last night, so I can go full speed ahead with the youtube videos again! Stay tuned for some sick cardio as I punish myself for binge eating.

Tuesday’s Gluttony

Breakfast:

Cereal, milk, 1 - braunschweiger and cheese sandwich

Lunch:

4 - Arby’s regular roast beef sandwiches

Snacks throughout the day:

Cookies, cheese, Starbucks Venti Mocha w/ whip cream

Dinner:

A few tacos with cheese and sour cream, 3 glasses of milk

Desert:

3 scoops of ice cream with butterscotch

Butterscotch ice cream

Today’s feast

Breakfast was the usual; cereal and a coffee. During the day I had around 3 more coffees with cream and sugar. Today I had 4 chili cheese dogs and a Dr. Pepper for lunch.

I snacked on some ice cream bars and some cheese slices when I got home from work. Mid day was a Rock Star energy drink. Dinner from Taco Bell was 3 tacos, an enchirito and a bean and cheese burrito + milk and some vitamin waters. I’m guessing that it was around a 3600 calorie day. Food choices were plenty unhealthy, but not too aweful bad.
