This wasn’t that hard to count calories and to stick to it today.
I didn’t really get hungry because I spread the smaller meals out
throughout the day. I can do this!

Welcome to the fatoldmanworkout.com blog. During the holidays, I plan on eating myself retarded. I’m not going to hold back. I’m going to pig out and feast on anything and everything. But then I’m going to pay the price. After the holidays I am going to slim down and drop between 30-40 lbs of fat (and hopefully gain some muscle) in just 120 days. This blog will document my journey. There will also be pics, video and a whole lot more interactive stuff. Stay tuned and I won’t disappoint.
