Today’s Workout

Today I did some triceps work. Then I did some super boring cardio; yes, 30 minutes on my bike on a stationary trainer. I plan to get my cardio training in 3 times a week. When I’m ready to really start burning fat, I’ll crank my cardio up to at least 4-5 days a week.

Did I mention that I hate cardio?

Tuesday’s Workout

I did weights today, specifically delts and back. I probably did around 9-10 sets for each body part. I did some standing presses, some side laterals, deadlifts, etc… No cardio today.
